Wu Pifu handed Yamadai a beer, then picked up one himself and took a large gulp.

Yamadai took it and drained the entire thing in a few gulps. He let out a satisfied breath, then lowered his head and resumed eating.

Wu Pifu naturally said nothing more and likewise focused on eating. Only Xu Shilan sat beside them with a reserved smile, taking an occasional bite.

"...So much time has already passed."

Xu Shilan murmured as she considered the information Wu Pifu had told Yamadai and her.

The two of them had already died, killed in that battle against the Hearer Body. Of the three, only Wu Pifu had been fortunate enough to survive.

After that, Wu Pifu had been left to conquer Dream Worlds alone. Though he described it lightly, the two who had experienced Dream Worlds knew exactly how difficult it had been—how many times he had risked his life, and how many times he had narrowly escaped death.

Wu Pifu had endured it all alone and carried on. According to him, after experiencing a great many Dream Worlds, he had finally grown strong enough to revive them. In the end, he had brought them back through a spacetime rewind.

He still made it sound easy. Yamadai was one thing—a rough and simple fellow—but Xu Shilan had been the previous generation's head of the Xu Family. She was well-informed and knew many of Thirteen Singularity Company's secrets. Because of Xu Wanfang, she also knew a great deal about the Superbrain and the Human Revolutionary Union.

It was beyond anything she could imagine. Even Singularity Technology could not accomplish it. It was practically something out of myth and legend!
