The guard's spittle nearly splashed Hoffa's face. Fortunately, the sunglasses transformed from his wand shielded him. Annoyed, Hoffa backed away a few steps and skirted around the impatient middle-aged man disdainfully.

Reaching a slightly quieter corner, Hoffa could not help taking out the letter Dippet had given him and looking it over again.

[June 18th, 9 a.m. Go to Twin-Horn Cape, Thames Port, London.]

That was right, this was the place. He turned the letter over several times, wondering whether he should open it and take a look.

Maybe it would explain where he was supposed to go.

Just as Hoffa hesitated.

A soft sound carrying intense magical fluctuations rang out.

Hoffa quickly turned his head. A green figure had almost Apparated right against him.

She was a very young, tall witch in green robes, her hair arranged in a neat bun. Elegantly carrying a black briefcase at her side, she glanced at the letter in Hoffa's hand and asked, "Is that you?"

"Me?"

"There's a magical beacon on the letter. It activates at the destination. I've been waiting for you for a long time."

The witch's expression was extremely cold as she spoke.

Hoffa understood. So she was that so-called fresh graduate? Why did she look so unlike a Briton?

"You are...?"

"Let's go to Twin-Horn Cape first," the witch said.

With that, she strode ahead without any intention of explaining further.

She was tall and took long strides, forcing Hoffa to jog just to barely keep up. After walking nearly a kilometer along the River Thames, they arrived at a very remote corner.

Compared to the bustling prosperity they had just left behind, this place could almost be called desolate. Rocky shallows covered the ground, and several dilapidated half-collapsed houses stood in the distance.
