Lucian had wondered why an undead creature's martial skill could remain so exceptional. It turned out she had never become undead at all.
"We Zamor have exceptionally long lives. The years of imprisonment have not been enough to wear away my consciousness."
"You should answer me now. I wish to die with understanding."
