Zhou An exposed Mi Mo’s plot, won the Crafting Dao Grand Competition, and took up his post in Ting Yun Prefecture. There he uncovered Indulgence’s role in creating a flood and destroyed the Moon River Anomaly, then encountered Miao Xiao and Wu Nian again at the Imperial Music Academy.

• Zhou An killed Mi Mo after she used Absolute Domain Forging against him, then won the Crafting Dao Grand Competition and saw Yu Hang begin a new life through the Imperial Examination.
• Zhou An was assigned to Ting Yun Prefecture, where he stopped a dispute between merchant guilds and forced Prefect Xu to punish Yin Cheng for obstructing him.
• Zhou An investigated worsening floods with Prefect Xu and Wu Nian, discovered the massacre at Hua Yun Temple, and learned that Indulgence had used the monks to gather Resentful Energy.
• Zhou An resisted Shang Jian’s illusion during a storm, pursued him to the Moon River, and killed him as the river began transforming into an anomaly.
• Zhou An destroyed the Moon River Anomaly, ending the danger and floods, then celebrated the Five Grains Harvest Festival with the Craftsmen’s Bureau workers.
• Prefect Yan told Zhou An that Miao Xiao belonged to the Gu God Sect and that her clothes suppressed her poison, while Zhou An considered his lack of poison resistance.
• Zhou An went to the Imperial Music Academy and saw Wu Nian offer to dispel Miao Xiao’s Resentful Energy before constables escorted him away.

Zhou An crushed the Gu God Sect’s final plot, advanced his medical and combat skills, and became entangled in the Bizarre Assembly after being recognized as a Person of No Form. He uncovered Indulgence’s plot to create a destructive bizarre entity, but the Spirit Communication Speaker’s explanation was interrupted by a flash of light.

• Zhou An cured thousands poisoned by Gu insects, then killed Miao Xiao after she tried to recruit him and threatened Ting Yun Prefecture.
• Zhou An advanced to the First-Rate Realm, cured a long-suffering corpse with Medical Gu Meridian, and developed Eye of Insight and the Butcher Dismembering Human Knife Technique.
• Deng Song identified Zhou An as a Person of No Form, while Zhou An learned that a finger bone could take him to the Bizarre Assembly.
• Zhou An defeated Saber Maniac, then entered the Bizarre Assembly and cut down its bizarre guardians while searching for Indulgence’s Spirit Communication Speaker.
• Zhou An freed Chen Zhufeng and other people from the Speaker’s control, then destroyed a blood-red arm formed through the deaths of tradespeople and anomalies.
• The Spirit Communication Speaker surrendered to Zhou An and revealed that Indulgence had hidden the body parts of a Five Elements Burial Art cultivator throughout the Assembly to form a destructive bizarre entity.
• The Spirit Communication Speaker began explaining how to release and destroy the entity piece by piece, but a flash of light interrupted him.

Zhou An settled into Maple Forest Province, fought Indulgence’s mind-controlling agents, and helped uncover the Wild Taoist plot behind Subduing Tiger Mountain Manor’s massacre. The Black-Clothed Woman gained the Heaven Piercing Calculation, while Zhou An continued training and learned arithmetic as the Wild Taoist Sect became a possible threat.

• Zhou An killed Li Ruofeng at the Bizarre Assembly, then traveled to Maple Forest Province to lead its Artisan Bureau and learned that the Black-Clothed Woman was a curse tied to the gathering.
• Zhou An used his growing Holy Spirit skill to give the Black-Clothed Woman a human form and teach her, while he defeated Yue Wuxin and Qiu Shiwen and obtained the Mind Spirit Divine Method.
• The Emperor and the National Teacher began purging traitors, and Zhou An received Cold Marrow to forge while the Black-Clothed Woman stayed by his side.
• The Black-Clothed Woman trapped Huang Hui and Huang Lin when they interrupted Zhou An, and Zhou An later refused Owen’s offer to join the Second Prince’s camp.

Zhou An and Black Jade contained the Nightmare crisis, then traveled to the capital, where Zhou An clashed with rival factions and forced the Second Prince to back down. As the Emperor’s birthday banquet approached, Zhou An agreed to help the Artisan Bureau confront a Casting Gate defector while Great Yue’s talents plotted against him.

• Zhou An exposed and destroyed the Wild Taoist Sect’s Nightmare plan, then helped Black Jade defeat Chen Zhongshan’s dream threat and pursued Indulgence’s forces.
• Zhou An advanced his skills, celebrated the New Year with Black Jade, and tracked down Nian after it killed Fu Jingui’s family.
• After receiving the Emperor’s summons, Zhou An defeated Yin Cloud Gate and fought the Bizarre Assembly, then overcame a group of faction prodigies on the road to the capital.
• Zhou An arrived in the capital, visited Eunuch Wei, and joined the Third Prince in confronting the Second Prince until he promised to stop targeting Yu Hang.
