Perhaps, over ages so long they could not grow any longer, there might be the faintest possibility. But for now, the Dharma Power controlling Floating Light and the various methods used to shape and refine it all indicated that it was not developing in that direction.
It might happen someday, but by then, it would no longer be a simple matter of releasing an updated version.
Even so, the news of its upgrade next month had indeed come without warning.
After all, this was a time that could only be called neither good nor bad.
Most cultivators were caught amid the arrival of Tribulations, exhausted from dealing with the Tribulations falling upon themselves or the Tribulation Qi outside that had swept them in.
The news that Floating Light needed to upgrade to its next version attracted little attention.
After all, it was merely an artifact-tool. Even without an upgrade, the Floating Light currently in hand was already very useful.
