The outlines of buildings decayed and dissolved amid the sea of flowers.
Those who failed to escape were drained dry in an instant and transformed into red spider lilies.
Towering resentment and deathly energy formed a massive dark-red pillar of light. Even hundreds of miles away, it was clearly visible, making souls tremble!
Atop a high-rise, Future and the tavern owner stood quietly, watching the scene from afar.
The tavern owner looked at the little girl beside him in surprise. "Senior Future, did you deliberately make Senior Yellow Springs go berserk?"
Future gazed impassively at the enormous red spider lily blooming in the center of the hospital building and said without expression:
"How beautiful."
"A Boss left over from my era should be just like this."
The tavern owner rubbed his chin. After a little thought, he pieced some of it together:
"I never imagined Senior Yellow Springs would lose control and go berserk over an old human woman."
"It seems the rumors about her being close to humans were true."
"Now the Spirit Tamer Alliance's main forces will all converge here. Should we help?"
Future shook her head. "Just sit back and watch. Have faith in Yellow Springs' power."
Several sets of footsteps suddenly sounded behind them.
The four maids had arrived as well.
Joy Maid waved with a beaming smile. "Boss, we're here! Are we making our move today?"
Anger Maid looked up at the sweeping spectacle around her and declared furiously:
"Good! Kill them!"
"I've had to serve these humans and Contract Spirits every day. I've been seething for ages!"
