Seeing Hydra troops chase the Sokovian army in tanks and armored vehicles, bombarding government buildings, Alvin shook his head in disbelief. "How has this country managed to survive until now?
"How does Hydra have more troops than the country's own army?"
Stark stared at the scene before them, his expression heavy. "Hydra can only survive with the government's support. Sokovia is clearly rotten from the inside out. It's just that the civilians are innocent in all this!"
