The Blood Moor on the Hell dimension!
Ever since Alvin wiped out the entire royal family of the Moloch clan in Hell with a single blizzard, the lesser demons under the Moloch clan had become the lowest of the low in Hell.
Without protection from high-ranking demons, those lesser demons were good for nothing but food.
The other demons needed territory, not more people. They already had more slave demons than they could use, so they had no need for those lesser creatures.
When they got hungry, they could just come over and eat. Why would they bother raising their own food?
And so the Blood Moor became a refuge for all the demons of the Moloch clan, and a hunting ground for other races.
That was the cruelty of Hell. Strength determined one's status. Without a lord, a demon was nothing but wild game. Even to become cannon fodder, you had to be a stronger sort of "food" to stand out!
The surviving demons gathered on the Blood Moor because space there was unstable. A passage to that paradise called Earth opened at a fixed time every week.
The demons with even a little sense believed it was their only way to survive. So they drove huge numbers of demons through the passage, one after another, into another "Hell"...
The "dungeon" Kamar-Taj had set up for Alvin was impossible for these lesser creatures to overcome, even if they managed to survive the passage. All they could do was fight among themselves and wait until Alvin remembered to go kill them all.
