Jason Bourne drove behind several FBI vehicles as they headed for the FBI headquarters in Las Vegas.
Watching the vehicles enter the FBI's underground garage without a hitch, Bourne frowned and pressed his communicator. "Something feels off. Those people really do seem to be FBI agents."
Frank's voice came through the communicator, and he paused in surprise. "How is that possible? Why would the FBI rob a casino vault?"
Bourne frowned at the quiet FBI building. After a moment's hesitation, he said, "I'm going in to take a look. The atmosphere feels wrong.

Bourne, be careful when you go in. Don't let anyone spot you!"
Bourne looked at the seemingly lax FBI building and smiled. "No problem. I'll just go in and have a look. I won't alert them."
After getting out of the car, Bourne was about to walk into the FBI building when he saw an SUV with dark-tinted windows driving out of the garage.
Bourne was a veteran agent, and he had a keen eye for his targets...
He recognized the SUV as one of the targets he'd seen earlier.
But Bourne was after the money. Three hundred million dollars—nearly 3.5 cubic meters of cash—couldn't possibly be hauled away in an SUV.
He memorized the license plate and alerted Winter Soldier, who was providing backup on the outskirts, to follow them. Then, with his hands in his pockets,
