Time off

Nanjing had been swinging between hot and cold these past few days. I'd been making daily trips to the hospital, and just after I'd gotten my son taken care of, I went down myself!

A viral cold. I get one every year, but this year it came a little early...

I never noticed it when I was younger, but now—especially over the past two years—I really can't take it anymore.

My head's completely foggy now...

I wouldn't ask for time off unless I truly couldn't go on. I know how hard it is to make a living as a writer.

But I really can't keep going...

Taking three days off...
