Shang-Chi spun around and drove a half-step Bengquan punch into the empty air behind him. To everyone's surprise, there seemed to be an invisible barrier there. It rippled like water twice, then vanished again.

The force immediately turned into ropes once more, winding toward the furious Shang-Chi, trying to restrain him.
