Lin Fan and Gu Yue Na'er defeated the Shrek Seven Devils in the Great Soul Arena, then Medusa Queen confronted Tang Hao when he threatened Gu Yue Na'er. Tang Hao unleashed his strongest techniques, but Medusa Queen overwhelmed him, leaving the battle unresolved as he detonated three Spirit Rings against her Nine-Colored Serpent Spirit.

• Lin Fan brought Gu Yue Na'er and Hinata Hyuga to the Great Soul Arena, where their Dragon Sword Twin Prides team was matched against the Shrek Seven Devils.
• Gu Yue Na'er and Lin Fan defeated the Shrek Seven Devils, freezing Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing and overpowering Tang San, Dai Mubai, and Ma Hongjun.
• Lin Fan led the group out of Suotuo City, where Tang Hao appeared and Medusa Queen confronted him to protect Gu Yue Na'er.
• Medusa Queen dominated Tang Hao, freezing him with spatial power and striking him down as Tang San learned that the black-robed attacker was his father.
• Tang Hao repeatedly attacked Medusa Queen with the Clear Sky Hammer and the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer, but she evaded him and buried him in a crater.
• Tang Hao gathered his Spirit Rings, the power of heaven and earth, and Divine Slaughter's Domain into the Great Sumeru Hammer, while Medusa Queen summoned her Nine-Colored Serpent Spirits.
• Medusa Queen's crimson tidal wave swallowed Tang Hao's Great Sumeru Hammer strike, and Tang Hao detonated three Spirit Rings to resist her power.
• Tang Hao realized his Ring Detonation had not broken the Nine-Colored Serpent Spirit, and Medusa Queen sent the nine snakes charging toward him.
