Background / History

Little Doctor served as a physician at Ten Thousand Medicine Hall in Qing Mountain Town, where she was widely admired for her beauty, kindness, and medical skill. Unknown to the town, she was immune to poison and instinctively drawn to toxic substances—symptoms she had kept secret even from the hall's owner. 5 6

She first met Su Zhao when he entered her room at night while she was changing. Believing him to be an intruder, she attacked him with a self-made poisonous powder; his complete immunity led him to reveal that they shared the Calamity Poison Body. Though initially wary, she accepted his explanation after recognizing the same inexplicable attraction between their constitutions. 6 7

After guiding Su Zhao to the hidden cave beneath the Magic Beast Mountain Range, she obtained access to the Seven-Colored Poison Scripture and learned the lethal danger of her constitution: unchecked poison accumulation would eventually destroy both herself and the surrounding area. She chose to leave Qing Mountain Town with Su Zhao, trusting his promise to help her find a solution. 9 10 11

In a secluded valley, Little Doctor cultivated with poison, gathered rare herbs, prepared medicinal meals, and built a peaceful life with Su Zhao and Su You. She later accepted the Little Amethyst Winged Lion King as a pet. 13 15 18
