"Roar..." A roar shook the eight wilds. Even at the outermost edge of the Primeval Mountain Range, that immense sound could be heard. The fleeing powerhouses went weak all over, and many collapsed onto the ground.

As for their mounts, they had long since ceased obeying commands. Their bodies shook like sieves as they lay prone on the ground, trembling without stop. Too terrified to raise their heads, they continuously kowtowed toward the Great Wilderness.

Deep within the mountain range, a terrifying aura shocked the world. Four great creatures were locked in battle, as though the world had returned to before heaven and earth were split apart. One moment, Li-Fire blazed to the heavens; the next, black clouds blotted out the sun; then an iron staff swept across the sky...

This was a world-shaking battle. If not for the dozen or so precious bones suppressing this vast mountain range and holding the rivers and mountains in place, it was hard to imagine what it would have been beaten into.

Within the chaotic mist, a bird cry pierced the nine heavens. The fiery-red little bird shrieked in fury as it fought its opponent fiercely, stirring up scarlet flames that burned down half the sky. The heat was unbearable.

"Roar..."

A great roar shook heaven and earth. Its opponent possessed an aura that could swallow mountains and rivers, carrying the bearing of a sovereign ruling the world. Radiance surged into the sky as it used a supreme precious technique to suppress the heavenly fire.

Had anyone been present, they would certainly have stared in stunned disbelief. The little red bird's opponent was a gigantic bird, yet the sound it made was like a beast's roar, shaking mountains and rivers. Had the primordial precious bones not anchored the mountains, they would surely have shattered.

"Rumble!"

Its enormous wings stretched across the sky, blanketing the heavens like black clouds and dimming much of the scarlet fire. A pair of massive claws reached down, seizing at the little red bird.

This ferocious bird was simply too enormous. It packed the entire sky, and a single wing sweeping across was like a hundred thousand mountains pressing down. Its baleful aura soared to the heavens, making even souls tremble in terror.

"Chirp!"

With a piercing cry, the fiery-red sparrow shot upward. Though not large in stature, its majesty was unmatched. When it collided with the giant claw, metallic clangs rang out and sparks scattered in every direction.

The two clashed fiercely. The enormous ferocious bird covered the sky and earth, dense black mist coiling around it and obscuring its true form. From far away, only its huge blood-red eyes could be seen, like two bloody moons hanging in the heavens.

"Boom!"

That gigantic ferocious bird was boundlessly vast. With a spread of its wings, it soared straight upward, as though even the skies above the Primeval Mountain Range could barely contain it. Its attack power was peerless; every beat of its wings made heaven and earth rumble.

The little red bird was struggling, for it was wounded. It had once fought a protracted battle against the creature wielding the iron staff, ending with both sides grievously injured.

"Whoosh," "whoosh"...

Scarlet radiance cleaved through the clouds. Runes flickered all over the little red bird's body, densely interwoven. It opened its crystalline beak, red as a ruby, and spat out streams of blazing radiance that whistled away.

This was an incomparably sharp supreme precious technique. The dawnlight transformed into one translucent scarlet immortal sword after another, incredibly keen, carrying sky-high flames as they slashed toward the giant bird.

"Roar..."

The enormous ferocious bird, vast as a dark cloud, let out a beastlike roar. Sensing immense danger approaching, it spread its wings and struck the sky, vanishing into the azure heavens in an instant.

At the same time, black clouds rolled. After fleeing deep into the endless sky, the ferocious bird spread all its iron feathers, runes flashing across them. They blanketed heaven and earth, shooting endless black light downward.

"Clang," "clang"...

Sheets of divine radiance erupted in the heavens. Black light collided with scarlet divine swords, ringing with metallic clamor, like the most terrifying collision of comets beyond the sky, sending dread through the Great Wilderness.

"Wooo..."

Elsewhere, fierce winds howled and swept apart the nine heavens. The enormous iron staff swept across heaven and earth in a pair of furry giant hands, battling the towering creature to a white-hot frenzy. Every collision between them seemed to split open heaven and earth, spreading chaotic energy.

Radiance spilled everywhere, auspicious energy flowed and turned, and the unearthed artifact rose and fell. The four great creatures did not immediately seize it, instead contending with their respective opponents.

With these four creatures present, no other living being dared approach. Even remnants like the Demon Ape and Li-Fire Bull Demon could only tremble and hide in the distance, not daring to come near. The battle grew ever more intense. Four unimaginable supreme beings fought desperately, their fierce contest sending a terrifying aura rushing through the eight wilds, terrifying all living things into trembling.

With a hum, heaven and earth shuddered violently. A terrifying giant claw swept through the air and struck at the little red bird, divine light surging like crashing waves, vast and boundless. This was an ambush. The creature standing in the world, towering into the clouds, suddenly launched an attack with its emerald-green eyes, abandoning its iron-staff-wielding opponent to attack the little red bird.

The fiery-red sparrow cried out in rage. Its wings beat and spread fiercely, forming a violent, rapidly spinning storm that became a scarlet tornado tearing apart heaven and earth. Within it, flames struck fear into the world, seeking to drag that giant claw inside.

At the same time, the enormous ferocious bird on the opposite side dived down. As they crossed paths, it unexpectedly attacked the creature wielding the iron staff, hidden within chaotic energy. It stretched across the horizon, grander than black clouds, exuding boundless dark mist. Its pair of blood-moon eyes shot out two bloody spears as thick as mountains toward the front.

"Rumble!"

Heaven and earth shuddered and shook violently. In the blink of an eye, the four creatures had changed opponents, ambushing one another in a life-and-death blood battle.

The mountain range was vast and incomparably magnificent, with tens of thousands of towering mountains standing side by side. Wave after wave of blazing runes lit up—some scarlet as blood, some black as ink, some pure white and crystalline—blossoming between heaven and earth. These were the primordial precious bones of ancient remnants at work, suppressing the entire landscape. Otherwise, under such fierce combat, even mere aftershocks plunging down from the heavens would have brought catastrophic disaster.

Far away at the edge of the mountain range, the powerhouses endured the fear rising from their souls and staggered away in desperate flight. This region was far too terrifying. It was impossible to imagine what kind of creatures those were; their aura alone made people collapse, unable to resist the urge to prostrate themselves in worship. It was chilling beyond measure.

At this very moment, they wished they could immediately flee into the legendary ancient kingdoms to escape this calamity!

In Stone Village, the Willow Tree stood tall, its tender branches swaying. Though the villagers' hearts throbbed with unease, they were not trembling to their very souls like the powerhouses outside. Clearly, they were under its protection.

"There is a great battle in the mountains. I truly wonder what kind of sacred treasure could cause such a fierce struggle."

"I keep feeling that some mysterious power has locked down the mountains and rivers. Otherwise, this land within a radius of fifty thousand li would likely suffer a great calamity."

Shi Feijiao and Shi Linhu spoke in low voices. Both were uneasy, not knowing how long this great disaster would last or how terrifying it would become.

Suddenly, a long cry came from the sky. A ferocious bird flew overhead, its body covered in azure scales while silver light blossomed from its wings, the colors distinctly different.

"Ah, it's Auntie Azure-Scaled Eagle! She's changed—her azure wings have turned silver!" Little Dot exclaimed, looking up at the sky.

"Chirp chirp..."

Roc, Little Green, and Purple Cloud were thrilled. Flapping their wings, they rushed to the village entrance and cried toward the sky.

The Azure-Scaled Eagle had changed. Silver brilliance flickered from its pair of wings, as though they had been cast from silver, flowing with a sacred aura. It had consumed Suanni flesh and blood, undergoing a transformation.

It was obvious that its aura had become extremely terrifying, far stronger than before. Its strength had advanced by leaps and bounds!

"Whoosh..."

A fierce wind howled as the Azure-Scaled Eagle descended, folding away its enormous silver wings. The three young birds immediately rushed over, continuously rubbing their heads against its body.

At this moment, the ferocious bird was deeply unsettled. It had fled from the mountain range, and the battle in the deepest mountains was too terrifying. Even though it had been sealed off, it still made all living beings tremble.

"Auntie Azure, don't go out anymore. Stay in the village for now," Little Dot said as he stepped forward.

The villagers also gathered around. Their relationship with this descendant of an ancient demonic bird was now very close; they had truly endured trials of life and death together, and none of them wanted anything to happen to it.

The Azure-Scaled Eagle nodded. It had come precisely to avoid disaster.

The battle was brutal. From deep within the mountain range came beast roars like tidal waves from time to time, sweeping through the nine heavens and echoing between heaven and earth with shocking force. There were also startling bird cries, like divine sounds from beyond the domain, shaking people to their souls.

This battle actually continued for several days—and was still ongoing!

The powerhouses finally fled back to their respective tribes, yet their hearts still palpitated with fear. Even separated by tens of thousands of li, they still felt chilled, always sensing that something ominous was about to happen.

The three clan chiefs had fallen, suffering a crushing defeat in a single village. When the news returned, it naturally shook the major tribes. Moreover, a mountain treasure had emerged, and unimaginable supreme beings were locked in battle. It was even more soul-stirring, enough to make people tremble.

"This land is about to descend into chaos. Who knows how it will end?" an elder of a great clan murmured.

"I only hope this great turmoil ends soon." Many people prayed.

Deep within the Primeval Mountain Range, a pure white, crystalline sacred object darted back and forth among the four great creatures. Their fierce battle did not cease, and from time to time, giant claws reached out to seize that sacred thing.

"Boom!"

Chaotic energy surged. The gleaming white divine object was blasted into the distance, unexpectedly piercing through the runes densely spread throughout the mountains and rivers. Those dozen or so primordial precious bones could no longer lock down this place.

"Boom!"

A gigantic beast foot stepped forth. The creature stood upright, its entire body shrouded in mist, emerald-green eyes sweeping the surroundings. "This sacred object concerns matters of great importance. The fewer who know of it, the better!"

"Then kill them all. Start with the humans—slaughter every race and living being on this land whose mouths are not tight," the ferocious bird agreed. It too charged out, standing amid chaotic energy. When its wings spread, they covered the sky and earth, blanketing the endless mountain range below. It was incomparably huge, its blood-moon eyes filled with baleful aura that shocked the heavens.

With a thud, an iron staff thrust out, as enormous as a mountain ridge and overwhelmingly imposing. It was gripped in a furry giant hand. This creature too was veiled in mist; it swung the iron staff with an aura of peerless divine might!

Then the little red bird rushed out, trailing flames that filled the sky.

The divine might of the four creatures was beyond imagination. As they fought, they roared and howled, shaking this boundless land. Those primordial precious bones could no longer function effectively.

"All living beings, heed my command! Go and trample this land flat!" Within the mist, those emerald-green eyes grew increasingly cold. The terrifying creature towering into the clouds issued its order.

"Go. Sweep away all who stand in the way!" The ferocious bird no longer roared like a beast, but began speaking human language. Its voice rumbled as it too gave the command, its blood-moon eyes chillingly terrifying.

Chaotic energy filled the air, and the gleaming white sacred object rose and fell, about to land in the hands of the creature wielding the iron staff. The other three terrifying beings all let out cries and surged forward together in pursuit.
