Just then, the clinic welcomed another familiar visitor.

A young woman wearing a loose hoodie on top, white denim shorts below, and thigh-high stockings walked into the clinic.

As she looked at the flushed Ice Empress and the innocent-looking Bai Luo, a strange glimmer flashed through her eyes.

"Luochеn."

Seeing her, Bai Luo greeted her softly.

The newcomer was none other than Ling Luochеn, one of the inner courtyard's Ice and Fire Goddesses alongside Ma Xiaotao.

Ling Luochеn had visited the clinic quite often before.

So Bai Luo was not surprised by her arrival.

"There's somewhere I'm feeling unwell. Sorry for the trouble, could you take a look?"

Ling Luochеn sat down in the chair across from Bai Luo with practiced ease, extending her snow-white arm onto the table.

She said softly,

"Recently, my Soul Power has felt somewhat obstructed. I don't know where the problem is."

Bai Luo placed his fingers on her wrist and used a trace of his power to sense the condition of Ling Luochеn's body.

He soon gained a general understanding of her situation.

Releasing her hand, he smiled and said,

"It's nothing serious."

"It's merely a physiological reaction caused by emotional stagnation. You'll be fine once you adjust yourself."

"Has something been bothering you lately, or have you been under some pressure?"

"N-No, it's nothing."

Ling Luochеn's expression turned a little strange as she replied, shaking her head in denial.

Bai Luo knew something was off, but seeing that Ling Luochеn was unwilling to say more, he decided not to press her.

In truth, it was not a major issue.

She had simply felt stifled after witnessing the strength Ma Xiaotao had displayed that day.

Because she had always
