Magnus stuck out his tongue in disgust, wishing he could burn the book to ashes. But what concerned him more now was who had written it.
Leman Russ stroked his chin and asked, "Could it have been written by Slaanesh? Though she should be called Isha now."
Cegorach gave a mysterious smile and said it was not Slaanesh's work, only deepening Leman Russ's doubts.
Jaghatai's books stirred up a tremendous storm among the Primarchs and The Emperor. The Emperor's face twitched several times before he quietly used psychic power to ask Yvraine, who had no idea what was going on.
"Y-you... do you have some secret relationship with Roboute Guilliman?"
"W-what?!" Like a startled cat, Yvraine sprang from her chair. She even forgot to use psychic power to reply, immediately denying it aloud. "That's absolutely impossible! He's a Primarch! I'm Aeldari! That thought is far too blasphemous..."
Yvraine's voice gradually weakened. Seeing her reaction, The Emperor grew several degrees more certain of his suspicions. He sighed inwardly, thinking that if Guilliman truly loved Yvraine as sincerely and passionately as the book described, he would not voice too much opposition.
Among the Primarchs with their varied expressions, The Emperor noticed that Perturabo's expression was practically identical to his own. He quietly moved closer and saw that the book in Perturabo's hands likewise recorded the sweet life between Guilliman and Yvraine.
The Emperor cleared his throat and placed a hand on Perturabo's shoulder. "Perturabo, what do you think of this content?"
Perturabo shuddered, but the armor wrapped around him kept that panic from reaching The Emperor's hand.
He turned to look at The Emperor's expression, rapidly analyzing the motives and thoughts behind his father's question.
If it came to Guilliman and Yvraine's ill-fated romance, Perturabo definitely could not be separated from it.
