At first, the Tyrant's dictatorship had looked reasonably proper. Though it was difficult to expect a powerful Space Marine who had spent his life on the edge of a blade to discuss fairness and justice with you, at least his iron-fisted rule had brought considerable prosperity to the Badab Sector.
The unified and trained mortal armies made up for the Space Marines' shortcomings in defense, allowing the Astral Claws to devote more of their attention to more valuable military objectives.
