This almost playful exchange reached everyone's ears. Perturabo frowned and looked at Lin Fan, asking if all Necrontyr were like this now.
Lin Fan could only curl his lips and shrug helplessly, telling him that most Necrontyr were not quite right in the head these days. Lin Fan was the first to enter the so-called teleportation beam, and the others followed him in.
They appeared in a plaza. The Blackstone ground was immaculate, clearly reflecting everyone's Reflections.
"Whoa! This is far more impressive than what the books described. So our ancestors fought a war against these things?" Yilafren exclaimed. Seeing it up close struck her even harder.
"How much more did they hide away during the Great Sleep..." Yvraine frowned. Suddenly, she felt that destroying Slaanesh and cutting off Chaos corruption were no longer such urgent matters.
Everyone present found the scales of hostility in their hearts tilting away from Chaos and toward the Necrontyr. Only Lin Fan walked forward unconcernedly, heading straight for Phaeron Inamars.
As expected of a Phaeron, his size and adornments were far more lavish and extravagant than Trazyn's. Standing at his sides were likely various high-ranking Crypteks, generals, and overlords.
