Arc 1The Underhive Conquest

The Art Student gained power from the Void Dragon, rescued Underhive survivors, and built a technologically advanced force devoted to the Lord of the Stars. After expanding and training his followers, he launched a campaign to seize the Underhive, while Dok Monde fled an Ork fleet into the Teda system.

  • The Art Student was expelled from the Warp after the Chaos gods and the Emperor attacked him, then discovered he had absorbed part of the Void Dragon and gained powerful abilities.
  • The Art Student explored the Underhive, killed a Genestealer, and recruited Gray Mark’s desperate group, offering them clean water, food, medical treatment, and a hidden home aboard his flagship.
  • Gray recruited thousands for the Lord of the Stars, while the Art Student developed genetic enhancements and established military branches for recruits who could not join the Space Marines.
  • Gray, David, and Nack qualified for enhancement and trained for years with the growing Space Marine force, which later prepared for combat in improved Power Armour.
  • After the Art Student’s Psychic Null Field killed psykers across much of the planet and chaos spread through the Underhive, he and his administrators agreed to occupy it.
  • Gray led the Space Marines into the Underhive, where they destroyed the gang forces in Totka City, while the Navy and Defense Force moved to occupy other settlements.
