Surrounded on All Sides

Behind Yun Shan, an enormous black gate took shape. It seemed to have stood since time immemorial, as enduring as heaven and earth. Deep within it churned a vortex of absolute darkness, from which surged endless auras of death, evil, destruction, and other extremes.

Xiao Meng felt cold all over. Every hair on his body stood on end.

"So this was the Hell Gate...?" Sensing the ancient will emanating from it, Xiao Meng grew grave. Yun Shan had cultivated the Divine Elephant Suppressing Prison Strength to its seventh level, allowing him to open the Hell Gate and summon demons from within to kill his enemies.

"Demons of hell, answer my summons and submit to my command!" Yun Shan roared at the sky and spread his arms. The Hell Gate trembled, as though some colossal thing were trying to force its way out.

"Die!" Xiao Meng roared. He led his three clones forward, hoping to interrupt Yun Shan's summoning.

"Come forth!" Yun Shan poured more power into the Hell Gate. Soon, shrill, piercing cries came from within, and the next moment, four colossal figures flew out.

Xiao Meng stopped at once. He stared at the four towering monsters, his eyelids twitching uncontrollably as a chill gripped his heart. Their faces were hideous, their savage nature plain to see, and they were terrifyingly strong. An unmatched aura of evil poured from their bodies.

"Yun Shan, now that you've summoned them, do you still have the strength to control them?" Xiao Meng snorted.

"If I can summon them, I can control them," Yun Shan replied. But summoning these demons from hell had clearly taken a toll on him. His body seemed to be under immense strain; even his flesh had burst open.

"Kill!"

Neither spoke again. Battle erupted.
