He first poured some into the exquisite crystal cup before Yvraine. The amber liquid rippled in the glass, giving off an elegant floral and fruity aroma.
He did not add any anesthetic. The Eldar had strong physiques, but their stomachs' digestive capabilities simply could not compare to those of the bio-engineered warriors among his sons.
Then he picked up an ordinary ceramic cup and poured Calgar less than half a cup of Eldar fruit wine.
Next, he picked up an entire bottle of emerald-green anesthetic and, without hesitation, poured nearly half of it inside!
Calgar's eye twitched.

"Don't worry, Calgar."
"It's home-brewed. It's not that strong."
As though he had seen through his thoughts, Guilliman swirled the cup and watched the green and amber liquids blend together.
"The bioavailability and onset speed are completely different when it's injected intravenously versus taken orally.
Come on, have a couple of drinks with your old man!"
With that, Guilliman poured the remaining bottle and a half of anesthetic into his specially made oversized cup, which was practically a small bucket.
He added some Eldar fruit wine as well, balancing out the color and sweetness a little.
"Come on!"
Guilliman raised his "specially mixed anesthetic cocktail" toward Calgar and Yvraine.
Calgar took a deep breath and lifted his cup of strangely green liquid with slightly trembling hands.
Yvraine also raised her cup of pure fruit wine with great interest.
"Come on, cheers!" Guilliman said with a smile.
"To Father! Cheers!" Calgar's voice was a little dry.
"Cheers!" Yvraine chuckled.
The three clinked glasses.
Guilliman tipped back his head and gulped down two huge mouthfuls. The
