He took two steps, only to realize Bai Ye had not budged.
"Mr. Bai?"
"You go ahead," Bai Ye said calmly.
Chen Lie's expression changed in alarm. "Mr. Bai, aren't you coming to Ashen Dawn with me?"
Bai Ye shook his head. "I'm going to Ashen Dawn, but not with you."
As he spoke, he patted Chen Lie on the shoulder.
"I've already left a Spatial Imprint on you. Once you reach Ashen Dawn, I'll teleport over."
Envy immediately filled Chen Lie's eyes. "You really can't beat a spatial Transcendent. Your ability is so convenient, Mr. Bai. It'll take at least three days to reach Ashen Dawn. Along the way, I'll have to cross the Withered Bone Wetlands and Ghost-Cry Forest, then travel part of the way by boat along the Lost River.
"With my strength, I'll certainly make it through, but it'll still be a rough trip. You can teleport straight to the coordinates and avoid all that suffering."
