The actions of the Scratch Bird completely exposed Luo Yun and his companions, causing the two Diablos to panic and flee on all fours.

Being chased by two Diablos and scrambling for cover, the Scratch Bird's performance truly opened Luo Yun's eyes.

Next was the Detter path. At Detter's request, it had been widened slightly, making it more convenient for the Detters to move the Rathians they kept penned in the area below.

Upon their return, Luo Yun and Ya Ji drank some water from a small reservoir dug by the Detters before settling into their nest to listen to the Detter Chief's report.

"A strange flying dragon has appeared in the lower levels. Our warriors discovered it can spew a poisonous gas, which caused many Rathians to fall asleep. However, after tracking it, this flying dragon seems to be migrating towards the wastelands, so it shouldn't come here."

According to the Detter Chief's daily report, the lower levels of the Ancient Tree were once again experiencing a new wave of territorial disputes, with some monsters apparently migrating from other areas.

This situation had occurred frequently over the past four years, all normal migrations, and not on the same scale as the great migrations of the Jinouga and Nargacuga tribes back then.

This was the usual state of affairs for the middle and lower levels of the Ancient Tree.

In addition to defending against monsters that also lived in the Ancient Tree region, they had to guard against monsters from other areas that had reached maturity and wished to inhabit the Ancient Tree.

The Thunder Jaw Dragon quickly adjusted its body, which had stumbled from the high-speed charge, and its eyes rapidly searched for the Jinouga's whereabouts.

The next second, the sound of thunder came from above.

The Jinouga, now like a descending Thunderous God, completed its Supercharged state in mid-air without any charge-up. Its electrified shell opened, resembling a warrior breaking free from restraints, entwined with golden and blue currents.

Its raised right claw descended with irresistible force.

With a single blow, it sent the Thunder Jaw Dragon's massive body flying. The residual lightning waves scattered, transforming the surroundings into a lightning-filled domain that lingered for a long time.

The Thunder Jaw Dragon let out a pained whimper and struggled to get up. This attack had even dispersed its charged state.

Its cooling fins, heavily damaged, could only be retracted in defeat.

Enduring the pain and numbness in its body, the Thunder Jaw Dragon cast a deep look at the Jinouga, which had not attacked again after that single blow. It memorized its appearance before breaking through the entangled branches and fleeing into the depths of the forest without looking back.

In response, the Jinouga leader did not pursue. Instead, it recalled its Thunderlight Bugs, exited its Supercharged state, and looked towards the distant sky, obscured by numerous tree canopies.

This Thunder Jaw Dragon was not the target it was looking for.
