Baku led Code to the most advanced sleep pod in Kara's base.
"It's here."
Code stepped forward, looking at the sleep pod as he sighed.
"Ada, the one who knows everything in this world."
"I wonder if you know Natsuki's true background."
Baku shrank back slightly beside him. "You're really going to let her out just like that?"
Code's expression turned icy. "That has nothing to do with you."
"Wake her up. We'll talk about the rest later."
Before entering the password beside the sleep pod, Baku gave one final warning.
"You know about that girl's 'ability,' right?"
"She knows everything in the world, and everyone will be captivated by her."
Baku was stunned. "You know that, and you're still doing something this dangerous? Ada is..."
Seeing Baku continue to babble on, Code grew irritated.
His hand transformed into a massive claw.
With a single swipe, the sleep pod's door flew away.
A vast cloud of smoke instantly filled the entire area...
A beautiful young girl appeared amid the smoke.
She had long blue hair, with the ends curled into loops and pink streaks running through it.
Her features were delicate and lovely. She had blue eyes and two beauty marks beneath the outer corners of her eyes.
She wore a white, semi-transparent, long-sleeved turtleneck and dark shorts.
Her entire being radiated a dazzling brilliance, as though the world itself had fallen for her.
The instant Baku saw Ada, his eyes went blank. He looked exactly like a lovestruck fool.
Ada merely propped herself up lightly and stepped out of the sleep pod.
Code, who had always worn a cold expression, suddenly felt his heart pounding.
He took a nearly imperceptible breath and spoke in the calmest tone he could manage.
"Good morning, Ada.
