Background

Rise within the Uchiha Clan

Natsuki emerged as a decisive figure during the Uchiha Clan’s conflict with Konoha. After revealing his Mangekyō Sharingan, he trapped Fugaku and the elders in genjutsu depicting the consequences of rebellion, then showed Itachi and Shisui a future in which Sasuke survives the clan massacre alone. Fugaku responded by appointing him Vice Clan Head and future successor. 6

He opposed restoring the Uchiha to Konoha’s service without addressing the discrimination that had caused the clan’s alienation.
