Cloud Village.

Natsuki's words were like thunder out of a clear sky, leaving the Raikage thoroughly shaken.

The Raikage was both startled and enraged, but this was not the time for him to lose his temper. He turned to Minato.

"Fourth Hokage, can Natsuki speak for Konoha?"

Minato smiled. "Raikage, this is indeed not the time to start a war."

"If Cloud Village and Mist Village go to war, then Konoha will have no choice but to stand with Mist Village."

"You!?" The Raikage stared in disbelief. "Could it be that you intend to interfere in the affairs between Cloud Village and Mist Village just because of that so-called Obito?"

Obito had not yet bared his fangs. Although the Raikage knew that Obito possessed the Mangekyō Sharingan and had acquired the Rinnegan, he did not believe Obito could be mentioned in the same breath as an entire hidden village.

The Raikage did not believe Natsuki's explanation. He felt it was merely an excuse to interfere in the conflict between Cloud Village and Mist Village.

Natsuki spread his hands slightly. "That is the truth. We absolutely will not allow you to start a war."

The Raikage said coldly, "That excuse is far too flimsy. I refuse to believe that Obito has such great capability."

Natsuki understood why the Raikage thought that way. After all, Cloud Village of the Land of Lightning had always been renowned for its powerful military strength.

They had always been the ones bullying others. There was no way they would yield just because of an Obito with barely any accomplishments to his name.

Natsuki had long prepared his response. "Delay it for one year. After a year, you can fight however you want."

"But not now."

The Raikage frowned. "Why must it be a year later?"
