Natsuki asked in return.

The Raikage was astonished. "No."

After thinking it over, Natsuki recalled that the Raikage truly had not known about the connection between the Ten-Tails and the Tailed Beasts at first.

"The Nine Tailed Beasts share a common origin: the Ten-Tails."

"The legend says the Sage of Six Paths divided the Tailed Beasts from the Ten-Tails."

"And the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path is the Ten-Tails' shell."

The Raikage pondered for a moment. "Obito wants to revive the Ten-Tails?"

Natsuki nodded. "He wants to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki again."

"He wants to become the Sage of Six Paths and rule the world!?" The Raikage immediately understood.

After all, that was how the legends of the Ninja World went.

Natsuki snorted. "He doesn't want to rule the Ninja World. He wants to destroy it."

The Raikage was rather curious. "What do you mean? He has power, yet he wants to destroy the Ninja World?"

Natsuki shook his head slightly.

"If I had to explain it to every Kage individually, it would be too troublesome. I'll explain everything at the Six Kage Summit."

"You only need to know that he will definitely come to declare war at the Six Kage Summit."

"Just him and the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path?" The Raikage was somewhat doubtful.

The Ninja World was so vast. One man and one Demonic Statue of the Outer Path could not possibly rule it.

Natsuki shook his head. "I'll explain the specific makeup of his forces in detail at the Six Kage Summit."

"You only need to know that he has no fewer than a hundred thousand people, all at least genin-level."
