Sasuke could only say that he was completely stunned.
He had been the last to learn about today's arrangements. The Uchiha Clan was going to use Susanoo to build momentum.
He had thought it would only be his master, himself, Shisui, and Brother Yōya.
He had never expected his Older Brother to have recovered already, or for his Susanoo to be several times larger than his own.
And judging by his stable Chakra, this was far from his Older Brother's limit.

When they returned to the Uchiha formation, Itachi immediately came over to Sasuke.
Knowing Sasuke's personality, he hurried over to comfort him.
Like a child, Sasuke turned his head away and refused to speak to Itachi.
Itachi walked over to Sasuke's side and reached out to rub his hair. "It was the senior who told me to keep it from you."
There had not really been any need to tell Sasuke, but Natsuki had indeed told Itachi not to say anything yet.
