• Minato pulled Hashirama and Kimimaro out of danger as Yōya retreated with his weapon shattered by Ryōshiki.

• An unknown Otsutsuki absorbed Ryōshiki and Suishiki’s souls at the boundary of the Pure Land, then wondered whether the Divine Court Clan knew about Yōshiki’s Body-Burning Karma Seal.
• Servants at the Life Pattern House discovered that Ryōshiki and Suishiki’s patterns had gone out and Mokushiki’s had dimmed, then sent word to Homurashiki and Mokushiki’s territory.

The chapter ended with Izumi pleading for Itachi and Natsuki beginning to threaten her with the same humiliating punishment.

Amado brought six Divine Tree Spirits and more than a thousand Claw Grime to Konoha, unleashing a massive invasion that overwhelmed the village. Tenten saved a little girl but was captured by the monsters before Hinata rescued her, and Tenten fainted after mistaking her rescuer for someone in a dream.

• Amado let Natsuki's second Prophetic Power probe take effect, then had Divine Tree Boro swallow him to conceal his purpose.
• The six Divine Tree Spirits and the Claw Grime attacked Konoha, triggering alarms and spreading panic as the monsters captured and transformed villagers and police officers.
• Tenten rescued a little girl and fought three Claw Grime without her weapons, eventually telling the girl to run to safety.

Natsuki learned that the Divine Tree Spirits had come to find Otsutsuki and Jinchuriki to devour and evolve, then sent Madara to capture them while Minato went to protect Himawari.

• Moegi, Konohamaru, Udon, Sai, Ibiki, and other shinobi organized Konoha's defense as Claw Grimes attacked and civilians were evacuated.
• Naruto, Hashirama, Tobirama, Hatake Sakumo, and Kakashi fought the Claw Grimes, while Jiraiya summoned Gamabunta, Gamaken, and Gamahiro to join the battle.
