Lynn crouched down and pointed at several runes on the control console.
"Here, here, and here... Connect these three energy circuits in parallel, add a buffer node, and add three magic stones in the grooves over here."
The apprentice froze.
He raised his head to look at Lynn, then looked at the runes on the console.
He did not understand why those three circuits had to be connected in parallel, nor did he understand why the teleportation array he had operated so many times suddenly needed to be altered.
If something went wrong after the change, his crime would be enormous.
