"Do you know why Poison Fang triggered the phantom of a Rock Bear when he took the Bloodline Potion?"
"Why?" Ian wanted to know as well. Could his Potion Studies have already reached such a profound level?
Sterling chuckled, looking somewhat proud.
"What Poison Fang used was not an ordinary Neutralizing Potion, but my exclusive formula, called the Dream Potion."
"Dream Potion?" Ian showed a suitably puzzled expression.
It was not entirely an act. He truly had never heard of such a potion.
"An ancient Neutralizing Potion. The formula came from a dangerous ruin I explored in the past."
Sterling spoke slowly. "Its effects are far beyond those of Tranquil Water. It allows the drinker to immerse themselves in a dream of becoming a magical beast, completing bloodline fusion and calming on the level of consciousness. "I am willing to trade you the formula, but what can you offer in exchange?
"Let me remind you: it is a First Order potion worth 5,000 magic stones. Brewing it requires exceptional attainments in Potion Studies, as well as powerful Mental Power."
5,000 magic stones!
Ian's eyelid twitched. An ordinary Advanced Apprentice could not afford such a price at all. He already understood Sterling's underlying meaning.
But from Sterling's description, this Dream Potion was undoubtedly an excellent thing. He would certainly need it in the future.
He quickly took stock of his assets. He had thirty-six High-grade Magic Stones, several enhanced Rock Bear Potions, and some limited-edition potions
