Background

Huo Yuhao was formerly the God of Emotions in the God Realm. He was swept into spatial-temporal turbulence and arrived on the Battle Qi Continent as a newborn, his body regressed and his Spiritual Sea nearly shattered. Unable to use spiritual power at first, he was taken in by Xiao Zhan and raised in Wutan City as the latter's adopted son. Huo Yuhao came to regard Xiao Zhan as his father and the Xiao Clan as his home. 3

By the time he was thirteen, Huo Yuhao had recovered enough spiritual power to use Spirit Eyes and Spirit Probe, though he still sought herbs and medicine to repair his Spiritual Sea and restore missing memories. He survived independently in the Magic Beast Mountain Range, defeating a peak second-tier Snow Demon Ape and later rescuing Xiao Yi Xian's mercenary group. 1 2

After returning to Wutan City, Huo Yuhao learned that Xiao Yan's Dou Qi had been vanishing for a year. He investigated personally and discovered that an entity within Xiao Yan's ring was absorbing it, prompting him to help his friend recover. 3

Under Yao Chen's instruction, Huo Yuhao adapted knowledge from Soul Tools into the Battle Qi Continent's Spirit Artifact system. He became an artifact refiner after creating a blade capable of producing blade aura and drawing upon Heaven and Earth Origin Qi. 5
