That vast Divine Power had possessed a status so exalted and a purity so absolute that North Kai could never hope to reach it in his lifetime. The owner of that Divine Power had to be a deity far greater than North Kai himself.

"N-No... I have met Lord Grand Kai before. His Divine Power was not this terrifying... C-Could it be..."

Thinking of a certain possibility, North Kai frantically wiped away his cold sweat. "W-Why would that lord pay attention to a mere Kai like me? Did I make some mistake in my work recently?"

His ability of "Creation" came from the Creation Law, the opposite of a God of Destruction's Destruction Law.

Logically speaking, Shin's "Creation" ability could create entire planets from nothing, yet it could not even affect the tiny North Kai's Planet.

The moment Shin's Divine Power of "Creation" touched North Kai's Planet, he sensed a mysterious force on the planet stopping him from restoring it.

The nature of that force was completely opposite to Shin's Divine Power of "Creation." Shin judged that it was likely the Destroyer God Power left behind by the God of Destruction.

"This Destroyer God Power should have been left behind a very, very long time ago, and Beerus probably did it casually. Yet even so, I cannot budge it. Supreme Kais and Gods of Destruction are clearly deities of equal status, so why is the gap between us so enormous? This makes no sense!" Shin gritted his teeth.

In the worldview of Dragon Balls, Supreme Kais and Gods of Destruction were both supreme deities of the universe.
