Kakashi was currently in charge of intelligence for the Anti-Hidden Leaf Village.
"We lost track of him after he left Konoha."
"Keep looking," Uchiha Huan said.
"Should we pursue him?"

The Anti-Hidden Leaf Village had only a handful of people, and just two or three of them could take on Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Huan and Orochimaru would be certain to win against him. Zabuza or Kakashi, on the other hand, would have only a sixty-percent chance.
The Anti-Hidden Leaf Village simply lacked the strength to hunt Sarutobi Hiruzen down.
Just then, Orochimaru walked in.
"Leader, would you like to see my laboratory?"
