Itachi Uchiha panted heavily, as though half the strength in his body had been drained away. His body felt as heavy as a mountain, and even moving a finger was incredibly difficult.

His eyes were bloodshot, his entire body numb, and his head felt like it was splitting apart.

Although his body had not suffered any tangible harm in reality, the pain of every sword piercing his body felt as if it had truly happened, clearly and deeply etched into his mind.

During those long three days and nights in the Tsukuyomi Space, he had endured the agony of blades piercing his body every minute and every second. This pain was not something an ordinary person could withstand.

The fact that he had gritted his teeth and held on for three days and nights without suffering a mental breakdown was already extraordinarily difficult.

"My technique was reflected back by Uncle. I did my best." After saying that, Itachi Uchiha collapsed weakly to the ground.

"This guy probably overestimated himself and dragged Shadian's consciousness into some illusion, only to have Shadian's mental power suppress him in return."

Sitting atop the Nine-Tails' head, Izuna Uchiha saw Itachi Uchiha reduced to this state in an instant and sneered. "How foolish. The ocular power of an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is incomparably immense. How could your ordinary Mangekyō Sharingan possibly contend with it?"

Even he himself did not dare to casually compete with Uchiha Shadian in ocular power.

The ocular power contained within Uchiha Shadian's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan was far beyond the reach of an ordinary Mangekyō Sharingan.

If they competed in other ninjutsu, taijutsu, or swordsmanship, he might still have a chance of defeating Uchiha Shadian.

But competing in genjutsu would be asking for a beating. The mental power of an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan wielder absolutely surpassed that of an ordinary Mangekyō Sharingan wielder.

"Everyone, attack together. No matter the cost, kill Uchiha Shadian and all of his people. Do not give them any chance to catch their breath." Hiruzen Sarutobi ordered the Anbu ninja beside him in a solemn voice.

He stared fixedly at Uchiha Shadian, his eyes filled with resolve and fury.

Even Itachi Uchiha, whose Mangekyō Sharingan could rival Uchiha Shadian's, had fallen. Facing such a powerful Uchiha Shadian, he had no better options. He could only rely on human-wave tactics to wear him down.

He refused to believe that Uchiha Shadian and the others could keep resisting under the suicidal siege of tens of thousands of people.

With Hiruzen Sarutobi's command, all the Konoha ninja gathered around them stirred at once like a disturbed swarm of bees.

They shouted in unison, their momentum overwhelming, and charged straight at Uchiha Shadian in a dense mass like a plague of locusts.

The Konoha ninja held sharp blades, brandished ninja tools, and unleashed all kinds of ninjutsu as they fearlessly attacked Uchiha Shadian and the others.

"Before, it was only a hundred people taking turns besieging me. Now tens of thousands are attacking together. Have they been pushed over the edge?" Izuna Uchiha frowned.

"There are so many of them. What should we do?" Rin Nohara asked worriedly.

In her eyes, no matter how strong an individual was, they could not possibly defeat tens of thousands of people!

"Don't worry. With Shadian's abilities, even if he can't win, he can still run." Izuna Uchiha comforted her. He was not in good condition himself, and seeing so many people rushing at them made his scalp tingle, but he was not afraid.

"Water Release, Water Dragon Technique." A jonin unleashed a water dragon that attacked Uchiha Shadian.

Uchiha Shadian glanced at the jonin. While evading, he hurled a chakra-infused kunai toward the chest of Itachi Uchiha, who lay paralyzed on the ground.

"Shadow Imitation Technique." A shadow shot toward Itachi Uchiha. At the instant the kunai was about to strike him, it controlled his body and made him evade the fatal blow.

Uchiha Shadian followed the shadow connected to Itachi Uchiha's shadow with his gaze and immediately saw the person who had stopped him from killing Itachi Uchiha.

Shikaku Nara, a Konoha strategist-like figure with extraordinary intelligence and great resourcefulness.

Uchiha Shadian merely glanced at Shikaku Nara, yet Shikaku Nara's heart jolted violently.

What a terrifying gaze! Shikaku Nara thought in shock.

Uchiha Shadian did not continue pursuing Itachi Uchiha, because a large group of Konoha ninja had already attacked right before him.

For the moment, he could not afford to divide his attention to fight them.

"Things that don't know their place." Uchiha Shadian swept an icy gaze across the attacking ninja, then used the Flying Thunder God Technique to instantly open up a great distance between himself and everyone else.

He reappeared atop the Nine-Tails' head.

"Senior Izuna, can you still fight?" Uchiha Shadian asked Izuna Uchiha, who was receiving treatment from Rin Nohara's Mystical Palm Technique.

"It would be best to find some help. Otherwise, both chakra and ocular power will be exhausted, and getting killed again isn't impossible," Izuna Uchiha said.

"That's right." Uchiha Shadian nodded. Izuna Uchiha was at most somewhat stronger than Itachi Uchiha and could not compare to him. Without the Nine-Tails, he could not have endured the siege of Konoha's ninja army for so long.

Awakening the Mangekyō Sharingan did not mean one was invincible. Otherwise, why would his so-called older brother have repeatedly yielded to Konoha as it continually ostracized the Uchiha Clan?

"But I'm different." Uchiha Shadian spoke coldly. His right thumb brushed the hilt at his waist. He possessed the swords of the Inuyasha world, and using their ultimate moves would not consume his chakra at all.

In theory, so long as his stamina held out, he could use all kinds of ultimate moves without limit.

"I haven't tested Tessaiga's power yet. I'll use you lot to try it out."

With a thought from Uchiha Shadian, a sword appeared out of thin air in his hand. He had taken it from the system inventory.

He had already used Cloud-Cluster Fang, Toukijin, and Tenseiga. Now it was time to test Tessaiga.

He drew the blade, and the small Tessaiga instantly transformed into a massive fang-like sword.

"One sword kills a hundred demons. I wonder how many ninja this one sword of mine can kill?"

Uchiha Shadian was quite curious. It was the perfect time, with the opposing Konoha ninja densely surrounding them.

"Another strange sword." Izuna Uchiha looked curiously at the Tessaiga in Uchiha Shadian's hand. His own katana was merely sharp and tough; compared with the strange swords in Uchiha Shadian's hands that possessed extraordinarily powerful abilities, it was simply incomparable.

"It got bigger." Rin Nohara also stared curiously at the Tessaiga in Uchiha Shadian's hand. She had never seen a sword that could grow so large.

"Which move should I use?" Tessaiga had quite a few techniques. "Wind Scar? Adamant Barrage? Meido Zangetsuha? Or Backlash Wave?"

"I'll start by testing Wind Scar!"

Uchiha Shadian murmured softly. Looking down at the charging Konoha ninja, he slowly raised Tessaiga.

"An attack is coming. Prepare to defend."

"Earth Release, Earth-Style Wall."

Seeing Uchiha Shadian preparing to attack, a large group of Konoha ninja stepped forward and unleashed Earth Release, raising rows upon rows of thick earthen walls before the many ninja.

"Hmph! Fools." Seeing the actions of the people below, Uchiha Shadian could not help but snort coldly.

Tessaiga swung down fiercely.

A terrifying hurricane blasted downward, crashing toward the Konoha ninja army with devastating force.
