Peeves, hovering above their heads, wore an excited expression.
Phelps hurriedly handed the decree to Umbridge.
He shouted, "Headmistress, I got it! I got the decree! We can use Dark Arts now!"
Umbridge laughed.
Then she held up the parchment for everyone to see.
"Very good, Phelps. Now you'll see what happens to people who cause trouble in my school!"
She raised her wand.
But Fred and George had already burst out laughing.
"George, I think we've grown up. We don't need this ugly toad teaching us anymore!"
"That's right, let's get out of here!"
The two of them shouted together, "Brooms, come here!"
Two brooms came hurtling toward them.
They mounted the brooms.
They shouted at Umbridge, "Goodbye, toad! Did you know your breath stinks?"
"Merlin, Fred, have you smelled it?"
"Then I might have to throw up!"
They laughed loudly.
They dodged all the Dark Arts Umbridge fired at them,
