Seeing that Tyranitar was down and Archeops in the sky had long since run out of steam, Leia Wazik knew there was no chance of getting his revenge today.

He reached for the Poké Balls at his waist to recall Tyranitar and Obstagoon. Before he could pull them out, a cold wind swept over the two Pokémon, both covered in snow.
The next instant, they froze into ice sculptures.
When Leia Wazik tried to recall them, the red light from the Poké Balls bounced off the ice. Neither Pokémon could be drawn inside.
If he wanted them back, he would have to break the ice around them.
"Archeops, use Flamethrower! Melt that ice!"
Archeops unleashed a stream of fire, but it had no effect on the frozen Pokémon. The ice did not melt in the slightest.
"How is that possible?"
Refusing to believe it, Leia Wazik ordered Archeops to strike the ice with other moves, trying to break it apart.
Pryce made no move to stop him. He sat comfortably in his wheelchair and watched the spectacle, as the once-arrogant head of the Wazik Family floundered like a beaten dog.
"Beep! Beep!"
Police sirens rang out on the outskirts of Ecruteak City.
Leia Wazik heard them too. He looked toward the sound and spotted a small black speck racing in his direction.
As it drew closer, the speck resolved into a black-robed man riding a Charizard.
