Background / History

Tang San accompanies his teacher, Yu Xiaogang, near Star Dou Forest when they encounter Jiang Xuan seeking a thousand-year second soul ring. He immediately defends Yu Xiaogang after Jiang insults him, treating disrespect toward his teacher as a personal offense. 3

At age nine, Tang San challenges Jiang Xuan to a one-on-one fight, confident that his level 22 soul power, Blue Silver Grass, and Tang Sect techniques will secure victory. He is caught off guard when Jiang Xuan enlarges the Eight Trigrams Furnace, which crushes his Blue Silver Entanglement and pins him beneath its weight. 4
