Background / History

The Body Sect is a long-established faction centered on Body Martial Souls. Its disciples are few because of the rarity of such Martial Souls—despite its standing among the strongest Soul Master factions, it has only a few hundred disciples. Its mountain headquarters is built against the range and remains shrouded in mist year-round. 5

The sect is defined by extreme internal unity. When the Sun Moon Empire once pressed its borders, its members fought to the death, with nearly the entire sect perishing. This history underpins its reputation for fiercely protecting its own. 5

Du Busi inherited the sect after his elder brother, the previous Sect Master Du Bisi, was killed by Mu En of Shrek Academy. The death established the Body Sect's enduring hostility toward Shrek. 15
