Background / History
The Human Emperor Banner originated as a System reward described as a variant of the Myriad Souls Banner. Unlike ordinary soul banners, it was said to be suited to a Human Race emperor serving as its main soul. Qin Luo exchanged 200,000 Villain Points for it, refined it, and forcibly brought the captured Xi Huang into its interior to become that main soul. 10
From the outset, its appearance contrasted with its reputation. Other Myriad Souls Banners were associated with yin energy and black mist, while Qin Luo's banner emitted Haoran Righteous Qi. This distinction did not prevent others from identifying it as a soul banner, particularly after Qin Luo filled it with dead souls through repeated slaughter and warfare. 10 72 138
The banner's decisive early evolution came during the destruction of Myriad Phenomena Sacred Land. It endured Heavenly Tribulation, lost much of its original soul army, and emerged as an Ultimate Dao Emperor Weapon. Its surviving dead souls were purified by tribulation lightning, while Xi Huang converted captured enemies into Soul Slaves. 148
Qin Luo later reforged it using the Great Qin Dynasty's Fortune. The Fortune Golden Dragon recognized it as belonging to its side and baptized it, ultimately making the banner Great Qin's Fortune Supreme Treasure. This gave it increased strength throughout the dynasty's territory. 285 293
As Qin Luo's sphere of influence expanded beyond Great Qin, the banner absorbed or fused with other soul-related artifacts, including the Myriad Souls Banner and fragments of soul-type Divine Artifacts. Its interior developed from a prison for dead souls into the Dead Soul Star Domain: a structured internal world ruled by Xi Huang, populated by generals, territories, war souls, and weaker souls capable of cultivation. 375 816 1209 1409
After Qin Luo acquired the Human Emperor identity, the banner received the Human Race's Fortune blessing and a baptism of Haoran Righteous Qi. Its dead souls changed from savage revenants into heroic spirits, and the remnant souls of deceased Human Race experts answered its summons. 1357
Appearance
The Human Emperor Banner is a pole banner whose outward aura shifts between sovereign majesty and ominous soul power. It can release golden light, Haoran Righteous Qi, Primordial Purple Qi, black smoke, and vast soul-filled darkness depending on its state and activation. 72 141 545 1357

Abilities & Skills
Soul Domain

- Envelops broad areas, from sacred lands and imperial capitals to entire cities. 148 651 714
- Draws targets inside, where escape becomes extremely difficult. 255 260

- Is explicitly identified as a spatial, domain-type ghost weapon by Ghost Emperor Rank combatants. 1758
- Cannot absolutely bar every intruder: the Qin Emperor opened a doorway through it with a wave of his hand. 142
Soul Suppression and Enslavement
The banner's defining combat function is overwhelming suppression of souls.
- Its Soul Suppression can force targets to kneel and render soul-protecting Saint Artifacts ineffective. 210
- Xi Huang can suppress Quasi-Emperor and Emperor Realm opponents once they are trapped inside. 260 290
- Captured souls can be stripped of clarity and converted into obedient Soul Slaves. 148
- Qin Luo can brand souls with Soul Marks inside the banner, as he did to enslave Gu Xinting. 614
- Its pressure is particularly effective against soul-based targets; Qin Luo calls it “extremely professional when it came to suppressing souls.” 678
Soul Harvesting and Refinement
The Human Emperor Banner grows by collecting souls and, in some cases, blood, flesh, weapon origins, and artifact fragments.
- Absorbs the souls of fallen cultivators while Qin Luo uses their flesh and Origin Essence as cultivation resources. 55
- Uses warfare and mass death as fuel for advancement. 253
- Devours rival soul artifacts, including the Myriad Souls Banner. 375 816
- Instantly refined the Xia Emperor's Divine Soul Realm, greatly expanding its strength and Xi Huang's power. 645

Dead Soul Army
The souls stored inside the banner are an organized and scalable fighting force rather than passive fuel.
- Countless dead souls can attack a trapped target simultaneously. 255

- Quasi-Emperor dead souls appeared alongside Xi Huang against invading quasi-emperors. 328
- It can deploy ten False God Realm undead souls against a single enemy. 592
- Its combat power is directly affected by the quantity and quality of departed souls; three Heavenly Venerable departed souls equal one-third of one-star Heavenly Venerable power. 1164
- After receiving the Human Race's Fortune blessing, it can summon deceased Human Race powerhouses to fight. 1357
Space Sealing
Following its Domain Lord Realm advancement, the banner gained the ability to lock down space and interfere with escape methods.
- Its Space Sealing effect can completely seal current Domain Lord Realm beings. 1209
- It seals broad areas before Qin Luo identifies a target's precise position, preventing escape through sheer coverage. 1275
- It disrupts the laws of heaven and earth and obstructs spatial escape techniques. 856
- Its sealed domain can trap an entire city before defensive formations can be activated. 1423
Fortune and Righteous Qi
Although built around departed souls, the banner can wield recognized fortune and righteous power.
- Great Qin's Fortune Golden Dragon strengthened it through Fortune Baptism. 285
- As Great Qin's Fortune Supreme Treasure, it gains a 150% power output bonus within the dynasty. 293
- The Human Emperor identity granted it the Human Race's Fortune blessing. 1357
- Haoran Righteous Qi cleanses and transforms its dead souls into heroic spirits. 1357
- It was later presented as a righteous Fortune treasure of the Devil Race while Qin Luo ruled there. 907
Internal Structure
The banner's interior evolved into an independent world known as the Dead Soul Star Domain after its Domain Lord Realm advancement. 1209
