Organization

• Sky Wolf Guard — the Rong Tribe’s intelligence force. It claims authority over the Rong martial world and fields ranked Gold, Silver and Copper agents, as well as Twelve Wolf Generals 155 522.
• Ministry of War — represented in negotiations over Fire Jiao Island by its minister; Vice Minister Chen Quan also accompanies Rong forces near the island 460 466 560.
• Heavenly Will Sect — one of the Rong Kingdom’s seven first-rate sects and the source of the Heavenly Will Divine Blade 166 388.
• Giant Spirit Sect — a Rong sect whose master, He Dongfeng, infiltrates the Zhao Kingdom’s Mining Gang as an elder 108 114.

History

A centuries-long grudge shapes the Rong Tribe’s relationship with the Zhao Kingdom, although no major conflict has erupted between them in recent decades 460. Both sides use covert agents: Rong spies operate within Zhao sects and the Iron Garment Division, while the Iron Garment Division sends its own people into Rong territory 108 176 410 418.

Rong operations in the Zhao Kingdom include an attack on a Mountains and Rivers Sect ore convoy, infiltration through He Dongfeng’s position in the Mining Gang, and a Sky Wolf Guard mission in Water Qilin Cave to recover a frozen Second-Grade Human Immortal 59 114 177. The Sky Wolf Guard also deals with the Immortal Gods Sect, which offers explosive-making technology in exchange for resources and support 177.

The two realms later send fleets to Fire Jiao Island for the Sixth-Grade Top-Hundred Tournament, with thirty official competitors from each side 460 466. Afterward, they negotiate a division of the island: Zhao Kingdom receives the south, the Rong Tribe the north, and martial artists from both may enter the island’s major fishing villages 560 561. Their cooperation remains contentious when Blood Essence Ore is discovered on the Zhao-administered side 589 590 591.

Notable Operations and Conflicts

• Zhao Kingdom infiltration — Rong spies appear within martial sects and the Iron Garment Division. He Dongfeng is exposed as both the Giant Spirit Sect’s master and a Mining Gang elder 108 114 176.
• Water Qilin Cave — Sky Wolf Guards use trained fighters and beast-controlling arts while attempting to recover a frozen Second-Grade Human Immortal. Zhao forces contest the operation 165 166 177 184.
• Fire Jiao Island negotiations — the Rong minister offers Zhao Kingdom an additional fishing village in exchange for Yang Ling. Zhao officials reject the proposed bargain 560.
• Blackfish Island — Yang Ling defeats Sky Wolf General Jiang Zhuo and raids a Rong base used to raise Ironblood Saberfish, severely damaging its operations 751 756.
