"I promised your brother I wouldn't tell you, but if you want to know, there's really no problem with it." Uchiha Shunichi wasn't surprised by Second Pillar's decision. If it had been him, he would have wanted to know the truth as well.
As for the promise he had made to Uchiha Itachi, Shunichi had wanted to make things difficult for him even when he died, let alone over a mere promise.
Keeping promises was indeed a habit worth upholding, but that depended on whom the promise was made to.
"Your eye..." Second Pillar had just been about to ask something when he suddenly noticed that Uchiha Shunichi's left eye was covered by an eyepatch.
"I did a little experiment yesterday. Don't worry, I didn't touch your brother's eye," Uchiha Shunichi said casually.
Second Pillar didn't pay it much mind.
Uchiha Shunichi often conducted experiments and such. Sasuke had long since gotten used to it, and continued asking about the truth behind the Uchiha Clan massacre.

Within the Dōjutsu were the things Uchiha Itachi had experienced in the past. Uchiha Shunichi transmitted them into Second Pillar's mind.
"These were the events of the past. I don't want to comment on who was right or wrong. I've already killed Danzo, and Sarutobi Hiruzen is dead too," Uchiha Shunichi continued.
At that moment, Second Pillar was already immersed in Uchiha Itachi's memories, unable to pull himself free. No matter what, he could never have imagined that the brother he had always
