The Feeling of the Negative Speed Force

Barry was in S.T.A.R. Labs, utterly dejected, when the exposed Reverse-Flash barged in from outside.

Well, it did not exactly count as barging in. The moment he reached the entrance to S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry stopped him.

Although Reverse-Flash had beaten him into the ground every time, Barry still had a blindly confident belief that he could capture the man who had killed his mother.

"I heard your prisoner transfer operation did not go very smoothly. What a pity," Wells said gently, as if he had not been affected by the Negative Speed Force at all.

Honestly, being able to maintain such a calm state of mind under the emotional influence of the Negative Speed Force made Wells quite impressive.

"I know that, in your eyes, I am a bad person. But if you think carefully about every decision I made, you will understand. Everything I did was simply what I had to do." Reverse-Flash spoke again.

He understood that if he wanted Barry to act according to his wishes, he first needed to persuade him. Even if he failed to convince him, leaving behind an impression would still be good.

Zhang Tianran had learned that lesson exceptionally well.

"Is that so? Then why did the Particle Accelerator restart?" Barry naturally did not believe what Reverse-Flash was saying.

However, Reverse-Flash did not need Barry to believe him. In fact, it would work even better if Barry did not.
