• Zhao Li joined the Little Pill Tower, refined a Ninth Grade Treasure Pill, and advanced his Soul Power and Dou Qi while studying the Rules of Thunder.

Zhao Li returned to his family, took Zhao Yannian as his disciple, and sent him traveling to learn from the world while Zhao Li pursued his own cultivation. After Zhao Yannian encountered a village’s violent secrets and later came under attack in Wuxuan City, Zhao Li arrived to confront the perpetrators and question Bengbuzu about a secret.

• Zhao Li rescued the surviving Yun Family members, destroyed the Soul Hall branch, and brought Venerate Yin Ming to Lin Lan, who killed him for his past crimes.
• Zhao Li returned to the Zhao Clan, reunited with his family, addressed its cultivation and discipline, and accepted Zhao Yannian as his disciple.
• Zhao Li taught Zhao Yannian at the Danyuan Sect, then sent him out to travel while secretly following him in disguise.
• Zhao Li and Zhao Yannian stayed in Huang Family Village, where Shangguan Yan forced the villagers to surrender a scroll and Zhao Yannian later escaped their attempt to kill him.

Zhao Li became Sect Master of the Danyuan Sect, reunited with Ye Yunsheng, and uncovered new cultivation insights while confronting betrayal within the sect. He traveled with Ye Yunsheng to Great Li, where their attempt to uphold the law brought them into conflict with the Mu family and corrupt officers.

• Zhao Li discovered an equipment-refining legacy in a cave, studied blacksmithing in Qingzhou City, and later developed a formation that could display a fraction of his strength.
• Lin Lan named Zhao Li the next Sect Master, and Zhao Li accepted while agreeing to take Yun Shan as a disciple once the boy began cultivating.
• At the succession ceremony, Zhao Li subdued Qin Hao and Qin Wushuang, then began his relationship with Ye Yunsheng and brought her home to meet Han Xiangyu.
• Zhao Li and Ye Yunsheng found an Illusion Spirit Stone in the Mountain Gorge, met its young consciousness Qitian, and realized that Zhao Li could strengthen his own energy core.
• Zhao Li exposed three Danyuan Sect members for helping Qin Wushuang and his son escape or betraying the sect, then agreed to travel with Ye Yunsheng to Great Li.

Zhao Li helped Ye Yunsheng reform Great Li, then traveled through the Black Corner Region and reached Jia Nan Academy. He sealed the Fallen Heart Flame and headed toward a Spatial Barrier, suspecting Xiao Yan had passed through it.

• Zhao Li exposed the Mu Family’s crimes to Tianfeng City’s residents, killed its members, and traveled with Ye Yunsheng to the imperial capital, where he asked her to support him.
• Lin Feng sought to marry Ye Yunsheng, but Zhao Li mocked him and embraced her, and Ye Yunsheng accepted Zhao Li as her betrothed before appointing him Imperial Advisor of Great Li.
• Zhao Li abolished the Jingyang, Xuanyuan, and Feng Principalities, then helped Ye Yunsheng reform their lands and Great Li’s laws over the following years.
• Zhao Li returned Yun Shan to Yun Yun in the Jia Ma Empire, visited the neglected Jade Capital Academy, and traveled to the Black Corner Region.
• At Black Emperor City’s auction, Zhao Li bought an Azure Sky Stone for Qi Tian and paid Mo Xuyu for news of a hidden Dou Sheng Ruins.
• After Mo Xuyu and Old Man Yin Shan fought, Zhao Li killed Mo Xuyu with pale-white flame and accepted Yin Shan’s Ten-Thousand-Year Agarwood before leaving.
• Zhao Li entered Jia Nan Academy’s Inner Academy, found the Fallen Heart Flame beneath the Heaven Blazing Qi Refining Tower, and sealed it after restraining the Invisible Fire Python.
