"Hello." Saria looked at Fengling and pointed at the aquatic greenery in her hands, seeming as though she wanted to say something.
"My name is Fengling," Fengling added at the right moment.
"Fengling, if possible, please take extra care of that pot of greenery. It won't do any harm, but..." Saria paused, seemingly recalling an unpleasant memory. "But this plant may come with some of Muelsyse's... pranks."
Of course! There really was a trap buried in it!
Fengling had been wondering—their first interaction had hardly been pleasant, so why had Muelsyse given her a gift?
But Saria had also personally vouched for it. Though it might contain an element of mischief, it was indeed a gift worth treating well overall.
After a brief conversation with Fengling, Saria took Ifrit's little hand and slowly left.

After returning to her room, Fengling placed the pot on her desk.
Aside from the lush plant itself, the transparent cultivation pot looked quite nice as well. It even had two thoughtful markings on it—so long as the water level stayed between them, the plant's needs would be met.
