Tremble! Tremble! Tremble!
Nearly half of Blood Purgatory Land was affected. The ground shook, the heavens swayed, and meteors carrying terrifying auras fell from the sky from time to time.
Once they struck the ground, a tremendous boom followed. Mountains collapsed and the earth split apart, sand and stones flew, enormous clouds of dust rose, and vast mushroom clouds billowed upward.
Whenever the living beings of Blood Purgatory Land's vast expanse encountered a falling meteor, there was no escaping—from the heavens to the ground and even deep beneath the earth. They would all be swallowed by the terrifying shockwaves, until not even scraps remained.
"This is truly immortals fighting, while the likes of us suffer!"
"Run! Saving even one life is better than none."
"I've seen top figures clash before. Moving mountains and filling seas was nothing to them, but I've never seen anything this terrifying!"
The living beings exchanged words, voicing the fear in their hearts. The earth was in chaos as one creature after another scattered and fled, hoping to escape this calamity.
Yet the situation did not improve. As dust rose, even the light cast down by the Red Sun in the sky was obscured.
Elsewhere, deep within the Red Sun, in that palace, each of the existences seated within—beings capable of shaking the starry sky—had noticed the changes outside. Yet they merely smiled without speaking, and none asked a question...
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Beyond the earth and the blood-colored sky, countless stars suddenly appeared in the starry sky. At a glance, there seemed to be tens of thousands of points of light leaping, vanishing, and disappearing amid the stars!
