Those threads of karma were utterly different from before. Thread after thread, strand after strand, they seemed to have developed intelligence and given birth to consciousness. They were no longer simply things used to forge connections between one another!
The instant Qiu Yan saw them, he drew back the Black Sha. But the Karmic Threads had come too quickly, while the Black Sha occupied far too vast a space. Thus, its outermost edges were ultimately ensnared by several Karmic Threads. Those edges immediately exploded, and clumps of Black Sha were forcibly dragged away!
Then, the concept of tribulation contained within the Black Sha was actually wrapped directly by the threads of karma. At first there had only been a few Karmic Threads, but after finding countless connections within the tribulation, they rapidly multiplied. In the blink of an eye, several threads had stretched into hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands!
The threads wound around layer after layer, burrowing from the initial point of tribulation deep into every corner of the starry sky, linking endless people. One linked ten, ten linked a hundred, a hundred linked thousands upon thousands. Within a few breaths, limitless threads spread across the starry sky, then trembled.
A colossal creature, both illusory and real, bounced and glided along those threads. It was light and swift, yet its enormous body was no less imposing than the three Lords of Creation, Destruction, and Balance, creating a stark contrast.
The moment Qiu Yan saw that figure, he understood why.

From within that immense body,
