"What a curious feeling. What did it feel like after you died?" Beyonder asked Baldy with great interest.
The wording was much like a Dark Lord in a movie telling the protagonist, "Go die." Sometimes, it practically meant both sides were about to tear off all pretenses and start fighting for real. Baldy was terrified. He could no longer maintain the dignity of a national leader. His whole body trembled, and he did not even notice when his glasses fell off.
"Don't know? Or have you never experienced it either? How strange. I thought you knew. Since you haven't experienced it, why are you so afraid?" Beyonder was a little confused. He had thought death was something like pain, but judging by Baldy's reaction, he clearly had never experienced death either.
"Then I'll use your emotions to experience it." After thinking for a moment, he seemed to come up with a good idea. He suddenly made his move, linking their life forces and emotions.
He shared Baldy's faint yet intense emotions and, through those emotions, formed an entirely new understanding.
Their shared life force rapidly declined. The Beyonder Race could create energy from nothing, and naturally erase it from nothing as well. The law of conservation of energy did not exist for them.
Their life force turned into specks of golden light, which the wind on this desert planet scattered into ash. In less than a second, Beyonder's life force—more vigorous than that of the entire universe—was completely exhausted.
Beyonder smiled. This new understanding was truly interesting. So this was what it felt like when life force was emptied. He liked the sensation. He wanted to go see the world after death. Of course, to preserve his understanding of death, he needed a large amount of emotion as fuel, so
