Black Widow's Unwillingness

The matter of Iron Fist was glossed over. Black Widow had originally wanted to mobilize the others to search for clues, but it seemed that would save them the trouble.

What abilities Daisy possessed and what titles she held were secrets. Like flowers seen through mist, no one could say for certain. Many people had speculated about her, with the Mutant theory being the most popular, because she and Jean had similar energy fluctuations—a fact observed by machines.

She had some connection to Asgard, something several Avengers knew. However, Thor denied that she was one of the gods. Odin and Loki were well-read enough to know of the Eternals, but Thor, an illiterate who could barely write his own name, knew nothing about them.

Stark had casually probed Odin for information about Daisy and learned a little more, but he had not shared it with the Avengers.

Now that they had heard she also bore the title of Iron Fist, no one was particularly surprised. It seemed perfectly normal.

Director Daisy would be going into battle as muscle. Since matters in Asia were relatively sensitive, she concealed her identity.

She planned to interfere as little as possible during this operation. If there was truly no alternative, she would join the battle under the Wonder Woman persona. This incident had nothing to do with S.H.I.E.L.D. or Hydra.

The group secretly traveled to Japan aboard a modified Quinjet.

The plane first landed in Tokyo. Several scenes Yukio had foreseen involved Tokyo, and Daisy felt they should investigate it first. If the apocalypse in Yukio's visions had nothing to do with The Hand, they would need to make new adjustments.
