Build Bigger and Stronger

After the vote ended, quite a few people deliberately went up to Huo Xi and said that joining the company was just a small matter. They were elders, after all—how could he refuse? That was what they had considered when they voted in favor.

The people who voted in favor were either from Huo Zhenyun's side or disliked being controlled by Huo Xi. Going up to say those things to Huo Xi was clearly intentional.

Assistant He exchanged a few pleasantries with Shen Mother before saying, "Please accept this small token."
